A topless activist from the women’s movement FEMEN dashes towards Patriarch Cyril of Moscow and all Rus’ upon his arrival at Boryspil International Airport (Kyiv region).
The incident occurred when Cyril left the plane he had arrived by and was approaching journalists.
‘Kill Kiril’ was written on her body and she was yelling ‘Get away!’
Security guards grasped the girl quickly.
The Patriarch did not respond to the incident.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Cyril is visiting Kyiv on July 26-28 for taking part in festivities to celebrate the Day of Baptising Rus’ and on occasion of 20 years of primateship of metropolitan Volodymyr of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Moscow Patriarchate.
