Yatsenyuk: Wall Between Russia, Ukraine to Be Completed Within Four Years

Sergei Ivanov said in an interview to Rossiyskaya Gazeta released Sunday that the plan to construct a wall at the Russian-Ukrainian border by Ukrainian Prime Minister would make restoring normal relations between Moscow and Kyiv impossible.KYIV, December 9 (Sputnik) – Kyiv needs more than $500 million and four years to complete its “wall” at the border between Ukraine and Russia, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said Tuesday.

“The ‘European Earthbank,’ and namely its construction and equipping the state borders with Russia, will be completed. This project should be finished within four years. In order to create a separate state agency to support the border…the project has an estimated cost of 8 billion hryvnias,” Yatsenyuk said.
