One Ukrainian soldier was killed and another five were wounded in a landmine blast on Thursday (December 3), according to the military spokesperson Andriy Lysenko.
“Yesterday (December 3), a Ukrainian combat reconnaissance patrol vehicle ran over a landmine near the village of Hnutove. One of the soldiers died, five more were injured,” Lysenko said during a briefing in Kyiv.
There were more than a dozen attacks by combined Russian/separatist combined forces on December 4 along the line of demarcation between Ukrainian government troops and Kremlin-backed militants.
