When speaking at the forum entitled “Constitution: Public Trust and New Justice” in Kyiv on Monday, Tombinski said that Ukraine needs to constantly work on drafting the new fundamental law.

“Perhaps, it is necessary to create a constitution that will live up to the wishes to create a parliamentary republic, so that it has a clear-cut allocation of function, distribution of responsibilities between different branches of government”, Tombinski said.
