“I think the coalition agreement will be finally signed on November 27 or 28, or on December 2, when all the formalities are done. It is only an agreement of intent without these formalities,” he told the First National television channel.

Earlier, another lawmaker with the Petro Poroshenko Bloc, Pavel Rozenko, told journalists that the text of the coalition agreement could have been approved on November 20. Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who is the leader of the People’s Front party, said he was ready to put his signature under the coalition agreement offered by the Pyotr Poroshenko Bloc to amend it further on.

On Tuesday, Vladimir Groisman, chairman of the working group tasked to prepare the first session of the new parliament, said the new Verkhovna Rada would gather for its first session on November 27.

The Pyotr Poroshenko Bloc, the Samopomoshch (Self-assistance) association, the Batkivshchina (Fatherland) association, the People’s Front Party and the Radical Party have been working on a collation agreement for more than two weeks.
