Ukraine imports coal from South Africa at $57 per ton – Demchyshyn
On December 5, Ukraine received a batch of coal from South Africa at the price of $57 per a ton.
Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Demchyshyn said in Kyiv on Monday.
Demchyshyn added that the existing contract to buy coal from South Africa allows boosting the purchase volume to any level. It is restricted only by availability of funds and the capacity of the port infrastructure.
