Militants shell two Ukrainian villages in east Ukraine using Grad multiple rocket launchers

The Ukrainian side to the Joint Center for monitoring and coordination of ceasefire has given to the representatives of the OSCE special monitoring mission the evidence of militants shelling two settlement in Donetsk region with Grad multiple rocket launchers on November 16.

“In the period between 20:13 and 20:14 Kyiv time on November 16, militants shelled from MLRS Grad the residential areas of the village of Krasnohorivka, and between 20:40 and 20:56 – the residential areas of the village of Horniak in Donetsk region. 12 missiles were fired,” reads the statement published on the web site of the Ukrainian defence ministry.

Defence ministry also published photo evidence of Grad shelling.

Now the Ukrainian side says it will suggest the Trilateral contact group, which is currently working in Minsk, to consider and investigate these instances of flagrant ceasefire violations by Russian-backed forces.
