The war in eastern Ukraine has created a lot of economic and social problems for the government in Kyiv. But it has proved very costly for the country’s army soldiers. Officials say hundreds of troops have become crippled since the beginning of the conflict. As Press TV’s Lena Savchuk reports, Ukraine is unable to cope with its rising number of disabled people.
