At a yesterday’s meeting in Nizhny Novgorod, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Konstantin Grishchenko discussed conditions for stationing of the Russian fleet in Sevastopol.
A source in the Ukrainian delegation said that Kyiv was mulling taking back or taxing the infrastructure of the Black Sea naval base that isn’t used for its intended purpose. Ukraine authorities are also considering imposing customs duties on any cargo for the fleet.
