SUMMARY OF THE SONGS
Now, let’s see the singing part in the final show. Shanis opened the show with a happy performance which was poor in my view. Vitalij Halaj and his uptempo song was simply dreadful for my Eurovision eyes and the vocals were totally bad. Max gave a very good performance as one of the favorites and his entry is clearly for Eurovision. Olga then came up with an indifferent song with ethnic elements which definitely worths to ignore. Eduard Romanyuta and his two backing singers although tried hard didn’t allow ny space for likeness as the song was also something indifferent. Band Legkyj Flirt was the sixth act today with their mediocre “Megamix” which had something missing to make it a winner.

Igor Tatarenko gave his uptempo song a good boost as the dramatic performance was something I personally liked. Vocals were bad though. Myhajlo Hrytskan seems to be too old for Eurovision but it was obvious he entered the competition for the honor instead of the ticket to Baku. Masha Shazonova Tyhon Levchenko gave a sweet and descent performance but the song is not as strong as Eurovision needs. Marta though impressed me because the song was very unique and interesting. I hoped she could surprise us with the results. Gaytana and her uptempo song seems quite the favorite for the show but I have to wonder whether the Eurovision curse on colored singers will apply again. She is famous enough and she is awaiting to rock Europe. Oksana Nesterenko performed in Italian a very operatic song but the high notes were struggling not to mention shouting sound a like. RAPIRA was the lucky 13 and had three guitarists accompanying her. Nothing interesting in the song but the vocals were excellent. Andrij Bohomolets performed playing the piano, a nice and good song for Eurovision but if you listen to the studio version you will see the live version performance is weak.

BONDarchuk is something interesting to see on stage but the vocals were better than the tune itself. Renata’s mid tempo song with rock elements was also very good and could have easily done it. Treeorange performed a fanky song with lots of trumpets in it. Lounge song, maybe catchy but not for Eurovision. Winners of talent show hosted by Philip Kirkorov, NEREALNYE (The Incredibles) back then known as Unrealistic Boys gave a descent performance and the outcome left us with good impressions. Ulyana Rudakova despite the kitsch dress, performed in a very sweet and melodic way. Marietta and her song “Rainbow” gave also a good impression as the vocals were excellent although the tune is outdated. Lena Voloshyna was last but she gave an outstanding performance. The song and the vocals were excellent from the Belarusian artist.
