US Kerry slams ‘brazen’ Russian behavior towards Ukraine truce

US Secretary of State John Kerry has condemned Russia’s behavior toward the Ukraine ceasefire, threatening more sanctions. Separatist rebels, however, have reported a planned prisoner exchange.
