Uefa’s late lifting of Kyiv stadium ban angers Manchester City
Manchester City fans have accused Uefa of giving Dynamo Kyiv a “clear advantage” in their Champions League tie this month after the Ukrainian club had a stadium ban for racist chanting lifted.
Uefa announced on Tuesday that its appeals body had reduced the ban from three games to one, a sanction that was served when they played their final group fixture in December.
