On June 30 the UEFA Executive Committee will hold a meeting, chaired by UEFA President Michel Platini, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kyiv to discuss issues related to the bidding procedures and timeline of the EURO 2020 European Football Championship, reads a statement posted on UEFA’s official website.

“The Executive Committee meeting will start at 0900 local time and is scheduled to end at 1600 local time on Saturday, June 30. It will be followed immediately by a press conference [by UEFA General Secretary Gianni Infantino],” reads the statement. Other points put on the agenda include the appointment of the hosts for the UEFA Super Cup in 2014 and 2015, the distribution mechanism of solidarity payments to clubs from EURO 2012, the approval of regulations for the UEFA European Under-17 Championship 2012/13, the UEFA European Under-19 Championship 2012/13, the UEFA Women’s Under-17 Championship 2012/13 and the UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship 2012/13, as well as the format and regulations of the UEFA European Futsal Championship 2012/14. The next meeting of the UEFA Executive Committee is scheduled to take place on October 1-2, 2012 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
