Tymoshenko case hearing adjourned until September 11th
The decision has been made due to her absence from court. Tymoshenko cited as a reason her German doctors’ advice to stay away from court hearings until her course of treatment was over.
Yulia Tymoshenko is serving 7 years behind bars in a Kharkov jail for abuse of power when signing the 2009 gas agreement with Russia. She has never once appeared in court to stand trial for her Energy Systems – related abuse of authority, claiming her poor health condition.
