KYIV, October 4 (RIA Novosti) – The trilateral mission of observers from the Organization for Security and Co-operation (OSCE), Russia and Ukraine has launched the demarcation of the buffer zone between the Kyiv government forces and independence supporters of southeastern Ukraine, a spokesperson for Ukrainian government’s special operation in Mariupol Dmitry Gorbunov told RIA Novosti Saturday.
“We are not in command of them [the mission]. I can only say that the process [of the buffer zone demarcation], which will continue in this week, has begun,” the official said.
He added that the routes of the mission’s movement are classified.
