Schoolboy error: Ukrainian Border Guards delay flight, question three Moroccans

Three Moroccan students were removed from a Paris-bound flight in Kyiv on December 26 after flight attendants reported the group was discussing links with a terror organization.

According to the Ukrainian Border Guard Service, the flight was delayed and the students were detained by police. Later the Moroccans explained that “terror links” were only a joke.

The investigation is underway; it is unclear whether the jokers will be penalized.
