Stoke boss Tony Pulis is hoping to tie up a move for Dynamo Kyiv full-back Goran Popov early next week.
The 27-year-old Macedonian is expected to join Stoke on a season-long loan deal, before joining up with his national squad.

Target: Goran Popov, right
Popov caught the eye of Pulis during last season’s Europa League match between the sides.
The manager told his club’s official website, http://www.stokecityfc.com: ‘Goran really impressed me last season.
‘He’s an experienced player for his age and he has a great left foot on him.’
