Stephen Harper to visit Ukraine next week
“We have been unsuccessful to date at finding a diplomatic solution, a political solution, to this issue,” Foreign Minister John Baird told a press conference Friday, when asked if Harper might find it hard to play a productive role in the impasse in Ukraine.
