Statements of NATO official justify Kyiv military operation in eastern Ukraine
“We cannot consider the statement by the commander-in-chief of the NATO united armed forces in Europe as anything but aimed to justify Ukraine disrupting ceasefire,” Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich said on Wednesday, Interfax reports.
