The president and co-owner of Kyiv-based CJSC Smart-holding, Vadym Novynsky, has suggested establishing an office of ombudsman to protect the rights of businessmen in their interaction with regulatory authorities.
“I would like to suggest the establishment of an institution of the commissioner for entrepreneurs’ rights, who could become a defender of legitimate interests of businessmen,” he said at a meeting of the council of investors in Kyiv on Thursday.
Other participants of the council of investors also stressed the inadmissibility of pressure on businesses by regulatory authorities.
