Russia Hopes IMF to Confirm Kyiv’s $3Bln Debt to Moscow as Sovereign
The Ukrainian government says it can not pay off its $3 billion debt to Russian Federation without violating its debt-restructuring deal with other worldwide creditors. That move could jeopardize crucial loans that Ukraine has been receiving from a $17.5 billion bailout deal with the International Monetary Fund.
