Russia Convoy Heads Toward Ukraine Border

MOSCOW—A convoy of nearly 300 trucks that Russia says are carrying humanitarian aid for cities in eastern Ukraine headed south along the border toward the rebel-held city of Luhansk, as Ukraine said it was dispatching its own shipments of aid to the war-torn region.
