Queens Park Rangers: Midfielder wants to stay
QPR midfielder Niko Kranjcar has admitted that he is very keen to turn his loan move to Loftus Road into a permanent one.
The Dynamo Kyiv star is into his second season on loan for Harry Redknapp’s side and is very keen to turn the deal into a permanent one, despite the fact that he has found regular first-team football difficult to come by this season.
Kranjcar has played six matches for the R’s this season, scoring once along the way and came on as a second-half sub in Saturday’s defeat at Newcastle, but he is happy in west London and wants to make the move permanent.
He told the Mirror: “I see QPR as my home and I want to stay here and establish myself. My target is to earn a permanent move to QPR.
“This is the place I want to be so I have to prove myself. It’s all about playing games to show the manager what I can still do at this level.”
