Pushkov: Kyiv violates Minsk agreements

The head of the State Duma Committee on Foreign Affairs, Alexei Pushkov said that the West often forgets that not only the militias have to comply with the Minsk agreements.
“It is clear that their [Minsk agreements] violator is currently Kyiv,” RIA Novosti reports referring to the official Twitter of Pushkov.
