Dmitry Ditchkovsky is CEO of company Milavitsa since 2002. Under his management Milavitsa became one of biggest in Europe manufactures and retailers of lingerie (more than 500 shops in Belarus, Russia and Ukraine, turnover – more than $150 million), realized IPO on Warsaw Stock Exchange and OMX.
Till 2002 Dmitry Ditchkovsky was the president of business school IPM (Minsk). Graduate of MBA program of University of New Brunswick (Canada), intern of consulting company Sherbrooke Associates (USA), education: Harvard Business School (USA), Babson College (USA), and Warwick University (UK). Specialization – management consulting in creation of company’s strategy and organizational climate. In business school IPM created and teach by course for top-management of companies “Strategy of company”. Published more than 20 studies on economics and management topics.
