President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych has said about this during a visit to Kyiv Bohun Kyiv Military Lyceum.”One of primary priorities of financing – army modernization and, primarily, renewal of armaments,” Yanukovych has said.
The Head of state assured that during the military reform, everything will be done for optimization of the number of administrative structures, combat forces and elements. The President added that this issue will be solved, as well as the issue of using movable and immovable property and the army infrastructure objects. “Expenses for rearmaments will grow to 25-30% and its combat training – to 15%,” Yanukovych summed up.
