Portugal midfielder Veloso joins Dynamo Kyiv
Kyiv, Ukraine – Portugal midfielder Miguel Veloso has left Italy’s Genoa to join Ukraine’s Dynamo Kyiv on a four-year deal.
The 26-year-old Veloso played all five matches for Portugal at the recent Euro
2012 tournament in Poland and Ukraine. He has played 29 times for Portugal.
Veloso started his career with Sporting Lisbon and stayed with the Portuguese
side, with the exception of a loan deal, until joining Genoa in 2010.
Dynamo Kyiv will participate in the Champions League qualifying stages in the
upcoming season, starting in the third round.
