Planes leave Minsk Airport in time, flights from Kaliningrad, Kyiv delayed

MINSK, 12 January (BelTA) – Planes leave Minsk National Airport in time, while flights from Kaliningrad and Kyiv are delayed, BelTA learnt from head of the airport press center Alexander Karablikov.

“Flights from Kaliningrad and Kyiv (Borispol Airport) have been delayed perhaps due to weather conditions in the airports of those cities. Minsk National Airport is ready to receive aircraft. The Belarusian airport operates its normal schedule,” said Alexander Karablikov.

Belavia’s flight from Kaliningrad should have landed at 11.10, the flight of the Ukrainian International Airlines from Kyiv – at 11.25.

Planes from Moscow, Paris and Milan had successful landing. The flight check-in on route to Kyiv, Baku, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Prague, Berlin, Stockholm, Odessa and Abu Dhabi proceeds according to the schedule.

Alexander Karablikov did not comment on the information regarding possible delays in Aeroflot flights. “There has been no official announcement regarding any delays in flights from Minsk,” he said.
