Parliamentary elections held in Ukraine

Early parliamentary elections are being held on Sunday in Ukraine. Polling stations opened at 9 am Moscow time (8 am local time) and will be closed at 9 pm Moscow time (8 pm Kyiv time).

 

In Russia, citizens of Ukraine will be able to vote for their parliament in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk. 5 polling stations have also opened in Germany, and 4 in Poland, the US and Italy.

 

There are 34,679,184 voters registered in Ukraine.

 

The elections were declared by President Petro Poroshenko after the dissolution of the ruling coalition.
