The clash between MP from the Opposition Bloc, former governor of Kharkiv region, Mykhailo Dobkin and a man occurred at the court hearing over the measure of restraint against Ukraine’s ex-Justice Minister Olena Lukash in one of the Kyiv district courts.
Arrest warrants were issued for a total of 18 policemen from Berkut Kyiv special unit who participated in the February 20 shooting of Maidan protesters in Instytutska Street.
From October 12, 2005 airline “Belavia – Belarusian Airlines” increased the number of flights on the route Minsk – Kyiv – Minsk. Prior to that, planes of airline “Belavia – Belarusian Airlines” on the route Minsk – Kyiv – Minsk had been flying twice a day at “Borispol” airport.

KYIV, Nov. 18 – Ukraine said Wednesday it expects to lose some $600 million next year as a result of a food trade ban which Russia has threatened to introduce starting January 1.
Move comes as West opens channels to Moscow in wake of Paris atrocity. It was proposed to transfer $3 bln in 2016.
