No incidents have been reported , people watched broadcast of emergency session of the Parliament, said in Kyiv city police.
Outside Hrushevskoho street a kind of truce is maintained between protesters and security forces. At the same time, at the Mariinsky Palace protesters remain who are supporting the government. The authorities and opposition discuss a possibility of gradual release of streets and buildings by both protesters and police. This was announced by the leader of the “Svoboda ” Oleg Tyagnybok.
