OSCE: Ukraine Violates Minsk Arms Agreements
19 de noviembre de 2015, 17:52Kyiv, Nov 19 (Prensa Latina) The Organization for the Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) confirmed today that its observers in Donbass detected a significant number of heavy weapons in the areas where they breach the agreements of Minsk.
The OSCE press service cites twelve 152-mm self-propelled cannons and eighteen 100-mm antitank weapons deployed in Krasny Pktabr.
Deployed in towns under government troops control were seen a T-64 tank on a trailer (in Petrovski_ and another T-64 tanks on trucks through Schastie, on the other side of the line of contect, it was informed.
The source said that also in southern Novoaydar there were Kyiv troops with two armored T-64 tanks, as well as a combat vehicle BMP-1 and one BTR-70 near Smolianinovo.
The observers said the militiamen reinforced their positions with two BMP-2 vehicles in the locality of Sajanov, in the insurgent People’s Republic of Lugansk.
Recently, the Deputy Chief of Staff of the People’s Republic of Donetsk, Eduard Basurin,denounced that the rebel intelligence registers continuous violations of the Minsk agreements by the troops of President Petro Poroshenko.
The truce agreed in Minsk in February and September established an immediate, total ceasefire in given areas of Donbass and the withdrawal of heavy weapons from the conflict zone.
