KYIV, November 5. /TASS/. Kyiv is not planning to negotiate on coal supplies from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics, Ukrainian Minister of Energy and Coal Industry Yuri Prodan said on Wednesday.

“We are not holding any talks with the so-called republics,” Ukrinform quotes Prodan as saying.

Kyiv does not intend to provide financial support for the self-proclaimed republics, he said.

Prodan said he did not rule out a possibility of buying coal at Donetsk and Luhansk regions state enterprises “if there is a chance to supply this coal to Ukraine”.
