Niko Kranjcar Swaps Tottenham Hotspur for Dynamo Kyiv
Thursday, 7th June, 2012
Croatian midfielder Niko Kranjcar has completed a switch from Tottenham Hotspur to Dynamo Kyiv.
The 27-year-old admitted earlier this week that his agent was holding talks with the Ukrainian giants and this has now yielded a move east.
Kranjcar has been frustrated at a lack of first team action with Spurs and had been looking for the White Hart Lane exit door for some time.
The Croatian joined Spurs in 2009 from Portsmouth, following manager Harry Redknapp from Fratton Park to help the Englishman’s transformation in London.
Dynamo Kyiv finished second in last season’s Ukrainian Premier League and are aiming to displace Shakhtar Donetsk at the top of the table next year.
