Moscow isn’t ready to sign gas deal with Kyiv, Ukrainian minister says

Russia is not ready to sign the preliminary gas agreement with Ukraine, Ukrainian Minister of Energy Yury prodan is quoted as saying by Interfax.
The agreement was based on the project drafted by the European Commission.
“At first we believed that Russia was ready for serious talks, but eventually the Russian party suggested its own document, which has nothing to do with the protocol drafted by the European Commission,” Prodan said.
