Maximus opens in Kyiv – Aircargo
Abu-Dhabi based all-cargo airline Maximus Air is to open a new Eastern Europe hub in Ukraine following the establishment of Maximus Airlines last year.
Maximus ceo Fathi Hilal Buhazza said: “The operation, with its headquarters based close to the centre of Kyiv, is to replace the company’s existing outstations such as its United Kingdom branch.
“Additionally, we will be able to target an increased share of the outsized cargo business – our specialty – in Eastern and central Europe as well as a general all round increase in capacity. This operation endorses a trend of strengthen business relationships between UAE and Ukraine,” he added.
