Kyiv Projects Opening Of Andriivskyi Uzviz Street After Reconstruction On June 3
The Kyiv city state administration projects holding a ceremony to open Andriivskyi Uzviz Street after reconstruction on June 3.
Ukrainian News learned this from a statement by the press service of the Kyiv city state administration.
The statement reads that on Saturday evening, May 26, decorative illumination would be switched on for the first time.
“The official opening of one of the most famous streets of the country will be on June 3 with participation of popular signer Oleh Skrypka. We promised to repair Andriivskyi Uzviz by the Day of the City and we keep our promise. However, the festivities on the occasion of the official opening will be in a week,” the press service quoted Oleksandr Popov, head of the Kyiv city state administration, as saying.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, Oleksandr Popov, head of the Kyiv city state administration, ordered the department of the capital construction of the administration to end repairs and restoration works, reconstruction of engineering networks on Andriivskyi Uzviz in Kyiv before May 25.
