KKT to present details of Tulsa architecture to Kyiv audience

Officials from architectural firm KKT, formerly Kinslow, Keith and Todd, will give three presentations this weekend at a Kyiv, Ukraine, conference on building design.
The first will be on the firm’s popular Tornado Tower design, which has gone viral since its unveiling and has let to articles on it in 44 countries. There are still no plans to actually build the Tornado Tower.

The second will center on the proposal to create a transit hub centered on The Center of the Universe area in downtown Tulsa, which would create green space over the existing railroad tracks and a short, subway-like area for passenger trains, buses and other transit options.
That pitch was made by City Councilor Blake Ewing for consideration in the extension of Vision 2025 sales tax.
The third will be a broader talk on how to design buildings and landmarks to attract additional investment around it.
