TOTTENHAM MISFIT Niko Kranjcar is leaving in a cut-price £4m switch to Dynamo Kyiv.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp wanted to keep the Croatia winger, who was about to enter the final year of his contract.
But Kranjcar, 27, has decided to leave after failing to hold down a regular first-team place last season.
Russian clubs CSKA and Lokomotiv Moscow were also interested, but Kranjcar has opted to join Ukrainian giants Dynamo instead.
He said: “The two clubs have reached an agreement, there are just a few minor details to be sorted out and I am still to define my personal terms.
“I will let my agent handle it as I am now completely focused on playing for the national team in Euro 2012.”
