Founders of Milkow-Ukraine LLC initiate liquidation of dairy product trader
The founders of Milkow-Ukraine LLC (Kyiv), a subsidiary of Russia’s Milkow, a supply of dairy ingredients, on June 30, 2015 decided to liquidate the limited liability company.
According to the state ruling register, the founders decided to appeal to the business court of Kyiv to open a bankruptcy case as the debtor does not have enough assets to pay their credits.
The debt of Milkow-Ukraine LLC is UAH 130.49 million, and the assets that consist of funds on an account total UAH 1.113 million.
The founder of Milkow-Ukraine LLC is Timgold Limited (Cyprus). The company is the owner of the supplier of dairy products Milkow LLC (Moscow).
The ultimate beneficiary of Milkow-Ukraine is Yuriy Sergeyev (Lithuania). The charter capital of the company is UAH 250,000.
Its core business is dairy products, eggs, fats and vegetable oil wholesale.
