Former Kyiv City Council Deputy Shkyriak Not To Run For President
Former Kyiv city council deputy Zorian Shkyriak has refused to run for President, he has said at the television debates on the First National TV channel.
Shkyriak noted that he consciously took part in the TV debates in order to show his readiness for open political dialogue.
He thanked all the people, who supported him as well as those, who criticized him.
Shkyriak added he will continue taking part in Ukrainian politics, will assist prime minister, future president, Ukrainian authorities if his knowledge and experience will be useful to the state.
As Ukrainian News earlier reported, on April 2, the Central Election Commission registered Shkyriak as a presidential candidate, he intended to run for the president as a self-nominee.
