Fares at all Kyiv subway stations can be paid with contactless cards

Fares at all 52 stations of Kyiv subway can be paid with contactless cards, the press service of Oshchadbank reports.

“Today Kyivsky Metropoliten in partnership with Oshchadbank has officially announced about the launch of contactless payments at turnstiles at all 52 stations of Kyiv subway,” reads a report.

In June 2015, the Ukrainian capital became the fifth city in the world, after London, St Petersburg, Chicago and Bucharest, to allow fares for a subway ride to be paid with MasterCard contactless cards or by using devices while passing through the turnstile.
