‘Donetsk People’s Republic’ leader rejects Ukrainian Rada’s memorandum, refuses to talk with Kyiv

Denis Pushilin, the Chairman of the presidium of the Supreme Council of the self-proclaimed ‘Donetsk People’s Republic’, has described a memorandum of mutual understanding and peace adopted by the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada on May 20 as populist.He said he did not see ways for a direct dialogue with Kyiv.
