Court to continue hearings Sept. 4 to ban Communist party

The Kyiv district court put off the hearings on the demand by the justice ministry to ban the Communist party on charges of provoking separatism, RBK-Ukrayina reports Aug. 20.

The CP insists that the court consider the speeches made by the Communist party leader Symonenko, saying there are no calls for separatism there.

The court also accepted the expert examination of Symonenko speeches carried out on the initiative of the Svoboda party.
