The Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements does not suit the Ukrainian side, because it will effectively lead to Ukraine’s transformation into a federation. That is why Kyiv is imitating the implementation of Minsk-2 in every possible way actually trying to derail it, says a report of the Center for Political Studies presented on Thursday at the TASS round table titled “Minsk Agreements – Results-2015.”
