25000 sqm mall to open in Kyiv
UKRAINE The Smart Plaza shopping centre in Kyiv is to open in the third quarter of 2016, according to UTG, the project’s exclusive leasing broker.
Located at 26 Pobedy Avenue, close to the Politekhnichnyi Instytut underground station, it will comprise 25,000 sqm of space. It is to be anchored by a supermarket and offer a range of fashion stores and cafes. A cinema is the centre’s first anchor tenant.
